 – We hire only retired public safety personnel to perform background checks. These are the same caliber of professionals who already work in your department. 

 – Each investigator we hire goes through 32 hours of training mandated by Peace Officers Standards and Training (POST) in the state of California. 

 – We don’t stop there. Each investigator then joins our Field Training Officer program so that before they perform their first police background checks by themselves, we have time to evaluate their work product and abilities. 

 – Our investigators then get to work, using their training, previous work experience, and proven methods throughout the industry to efficiently and effectively complete the background investigation.
