Chuck Wall
Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Wall is the founder, CEO and owner of Creative Security. He is a retired Sergeant from the San Jose Police Department. During his thirty year career, he acquired a broad range of training and experience in the areas of crisis management, leadership, executive protection, undercover operations and criminal investigation. Mr. Wall spent seventeen years in the Special Operations Unit during which time he provided executive protection to all United States presidents visiting the San Jose area from 1976 through 2002. United States Secret Service training provided the foundation of his executive protection skills, which he used in protective operations for a variety of local, national and international officials and dignitaries. While assigned to Special Weapons & Tactics Unit, Mr. Wall participated in more than 275 hostage/barricade incidents. Mr. Wall also spent five years assigned to the Bureau of Investigations. During this time he received four Outstanding Duty Awards, the police department’s highest award of recognition. He is the only officer in the history of the San Jose Police Department to receive four of these awards.

Mr. Wall has testified in state and federal courts as an expert witness in hundreds of criminal and civil cases. His investigations have resulted in changes to California case law and he is recognized by the Department of Justice and the Federal Bureau of Investigation as an expert working undercover in organized crime and other clandestine investigations. Mr. Wall participated in the first meeting held in Washington, D.C. to define private industry’s role in the Department of Homeland Security and was among the first group of volunteers trained by the U.S. government in Risk Assessment Methodology. Since entering the private sector Mr. Wall has provided consulting advice, management services, expert protective and investigative support and training to multi-national corporations throughout the world. Frequently called upon to analyze existing executive protection operations, Mr. Wall has been responsible for restructuring major corporate security programs. He has implemented new security procedures in companies such as Coca Cola Enterprises, Symyx Corp., Creative Labs Corp., Invisalign, Quantum Corp., Cisco Systems, Intel Corp., Cypress Semi-conductors and Hewlett Packard.

Mr. Wall is a Vietnam War veteran, serving from 1967 – 1971 in the U.S. Air Force, assigned to the 391st Fighter Squadron.

Brian Wall
Chief Business Development Officer

Mr. Brian Wall has more than three decades of experience in the security industry. Having co-founded what is now Creative Security Company, Brian spent the past 28 years creating and managing various departments and divisional revenue streams including the sales department, security guard division, patrol division and the alarm division. Brian has been the qualified manager for the security division for the past 24 years and has held an ACE license for the past 10 years.

Brian holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Criminal Justice, which he pursued with an emphasis in Law Enforcement from the California State University of Hayward as well as course completion from Standford University in classes including Leadership at Work and Mergers and Acquisitions. While working at CSC, Brian completed the Police Officer Standards Training (POST) academy and was sworn in as a police officer where he served his community for 3 years. He is well versed in the Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP) process, and has also has received numerous certifications from the Department of Homeland Security, including completion of the Protective Measures course training and certification in Enhanced Threat & Risk Assessment. Brian has acquired a broad range of security and field training in AOE/COE Investigations, Corporate/Private Surveillance, Undercover Operations, Vulnerability Assessments and Firearm Tactics.

Trevor Wall
Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Trevor Wall has worked in, supervised and managed many divisions within Creative Security over the past 15 years. From that experience Trevor has focused his attention on processes and communication. As the company quickly expanded to a sizeable number of employees, currently 270, Trevor is responsible for establishing and managing procedures and guidelines for the company. Trevor continues to improve the reporting process and improve efficiencies within the company’s workflow.

Trevor supervises over the Human Resources department instituting policies, processes, compliance and safety. Trevor manages CSC’s call center which handles the companies inbound leads, customer satisfaction, alarm dispatch and the support line for CSC’s guard and mobile patrol division.

Mike Mattocks
Chief Security Officer

Mike Mattocks is a uniquely experienced security professional currently working as Creative Security Company’s Chief Security Officer. Mike is a retired Sergeant from the San Jose Police Department (SJPD). During his career, he gained valuable experience and expertise in investigations, asset protection and security operations. Mike has Security Clearance with D.O.J and D.O.D. He has a CA P.I. License and is a Certified Fraud Examiner. Mike also has a CA POST certification for background investigations and environmental crimes investigations.

Mikes core competencies are crisis management, budget management, operational leadership, intelligence analysis, emergency management and security investigations. Mike supervises operations for security, executive protection, and investigations. He coordinates emergency response programs and security for all special events. Mike is responsible for building and maintaining client relationships at the start of contract negotiation, through implementation, and across full lifecycle; identify concerns, conduct security planning, assessments and surveys, and review and post orders. Mike also analyzes operational and financial indicators to improve branch performance with full profit and loss accountability; reduce overtime hours and employee turnover
