Paid Time Off

Creative Security Company is proud to provide paid time off (PTO) to all of our office and patrol employees. All office employees are provided with two weeks of PTO, which begins accruing at their start date. All Patrol Supervisors accrue one week of PTO per year, which becomes available to them after working with us for 90 days.

Note: Unfortunately, at this time, we do not have a robust PTO platform for the entirety of our guards. There are limited positions we employ within our security guard force that are offered PTO.

Medical, Dental and Vision Coverage

Creative Security partners with Kaiser Permanente to insure the medical coverage of our employees. We offer employees a selection of medical plans to best fit their individual medical needs.

For dental coverage, we partner with Delta Dental. Our insurance plan allows coverage at every dentist but covers a higher percentage of costs for in-network practitioners.

We also provide vision coverage through Vision Service Plan (VSP). It covers an annual exam and provides a sum to use towards either lenses or frames. Like our other plans, it is available as an employee only or family plan.

At Creative Security, your health is important to us, and we back it up with robust health plans designed to keep you as healthy as possible.

The future can come up on you closer than you think. At Creative Security, we proudly provides a 401(k) retirement plan to our employees, with up to a 4% annual employer contribution.

Additional Benefits

Guard Card Reimbursement Program – Though all of our guard positions do require the possession of a guard card, Creative Security offers full class, certification, and live-scan reimbursement (up to a $150 value) for those who are new to the security industry. To qualify for this reimbursement, we require an individual to remain employed with us and to be in good standing for six months.
Employee Referral Program – Employees of Creative Security who refer individuals to work with us (and remain in good standing with the company after hire for six months) can receive up to $75 per qualified referral.
